One of my favorite things to do when I’m not “working” is to put puzzles together. In a way, design allows me to do the same in my professional life. Every project is some type of puzzle that needs put together. Each starts out as a series of ideas, figures, images, etc. that don’t make much sense when you lay them out on a table. It’s only when you start to put the pieces in place that the image — or in this case, project — becomes clear.
